We only list what we'd be comfortable using in our own research, and it comes down to five standards. The first three concern the compound itself: the purity it has to meet, the testing behind it, and the documentation we share. The last two cover everything after the chemistry: how each vial is stored and handled until it ships, and the people who answer when you reach out. None of them are negotiable.
Nothing we list goes below a 99% purity floor; that's the minimum, not the goal. When a batch is tested and the result comes back under 99%, it doesn't go on the site. We'd rather show something as out of stock than list a vial we can't stand behind.
Purity and identity are two different questions, and answering only one isn't enough. HPLC measures how pure the compound is and reports it as a percentage you can read straight off the chromatogram. Mass spectrometry confirms the sample is the molecule it's supposed to be, matched to its exact molecular weight — one analysis tells you how pure it is, the other whether it's the right thing at all. We rely on both, and when a batch is tested, we publish the results in the COA Library so you can read them for yourself.
Testing only counts if you can see the results. When a batch has a Certificate of Analysis, we publish it in the COA Library so you can read it yourself instead of taking our word for it. We're expanding that library across the catalog as results come in, so if the COA for a specific lot isn't posted yet, just ask and we'll get you what we have.
Browse the COA LibraryPeptides break down when they sit in moisture and warmth, so how a vial is handled matters as much as how it's tested. Everything ships lyophilized, meaning freeze-dried to a stable powder, and stays refrigerated in a clean, dry space until the moment it leaves here. Stored sealed and cold that way, a lyophilized peptide holds its integrity for well over a year.
When you email us, a real person reads it and answers, usually the same day. We check every order by hand before it goes out, and if something is ever wrong with yours, we make it right. This is the standard we're proudest of. People don't come back because of a number on a COA; they come back because they were looked after.
