All products are shipped for research purposes only. By placing an order you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all applicable laws are being followed in your jurisdiction.
1. Order Processing
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and federal holidays. Orders ship same day when paid before 3:00 PM MT (Mountain Time). Orders placed after 3:00 PM MT will ship the following shipping day. Orders placed on Sunday will ship Monday.
Shipping times are counted from when your payment is confirmed. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna payments confirm at checkout. Orders paid by a manual method (such as Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Cash) ship once we receive the payment; unpaid orders are held for 48 hours and may then be cancelled.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If your order is delayed. If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you before that time passes with a revised shipping date. You may then cancel the order for a full refund, or agree to the new date. If we still cannot ship by the revised date, we will cancel the order and refund you in full unless you tell us you would like to keep waiting. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
2. Domestic Shipping (Continental United States)
We ship within the continental United States only (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, territories, or international destinations. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal to possess and receive in your state and locality. Certain research compounds may be subject to state-specific restrictions or scheduling. We reserve the right to decline orders shipping to jurisdictions where we have reason to believe applicable law prohibits or restricts the product.
All orders ship same day when paid before 3:00 PM MT (Mountain Time), Monday through Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays. Available shipping options and flat rates:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days), $9.99: Free on orders of $100 or more after discounts (before tax).
- Priority Shipping (1–3 business days), $17.99.
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days), $29.99.
3. Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names or branding appear on the exterior of the box. Packing slips describe contents generically as "research materials."
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Lumina Research Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has shipped cannot be guaranteed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luminaresearchlabs.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for a replacement. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Delivery Signature
Orders are delivered under USPS’s standard delivery practices, and signature confirmation is not added by default. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available, the carrier will leave instructions for pickup or redelivery.
