Research peptides are short chains of amino acids synthesized for use in qualified laboratory research settings. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Peptides are studied extensively in laboratory settings for their biochemical and pharmacological properties.
Lyophilization (freeze-drying) removes water from the compound under vacuum after freezing, producing a stable powder. Lyophilized peptides have a significantly longer shelf life than liquid solutions and are more stable during shipping. All our peptides are supplied lyophilized.
Sealed lyophilized vials should be stored at -20°C (freezer) for long-term storage, or at 2–8°C (refrigerator) for short-term storage up to several months. Keep vials in a dark, dry location, and avoid repeated freezing and thawing, which degrades compound integrity.
